Tip #3 on How to Improve Your Communication Skills

Anne Bachrach

Today we are talking about tip #3 on how to improve your communication skills which is that You need to consider the feelings of the individual to whom you’re speaking

With whom are you speaking? Is the person on the same page or at the same level of information for the discussion you’re having? Make sure there is no information spoken that could be misunderstood as that will put the listener at a disadvantage, and he or she may feel you’re withholding information.

Understanding and considering the feelings of the person you're speaking to is essential for building a meaningful connection and fostering trust. It's not just about what you say, but how it's received and resonates emotionally with the other person.
